With MOG004 Ozone Generator, you have purchased a product, which applies the latest technology to modern techniques. It is one of the new designed products which used for ozone therapy and ozone treatment home and abroad or sterilization in many applications. It adopts high quality ozone module of glass tube, which ozone purity and concentration is higher than others products. The ozone outlet connectors are all using  stainless steel. High quality materials as well as careful processing and assembling of the individual elements provides for a device of reliable operation and long service life.

In order to rule out the possibility of a health risk for you and your environment please

observe the following safety precautions:

Do not switch on the unit before you have read the operating Instructions.

Begin the ozone production only after the installation is complete.

Always disconnect the electric power supply before opening the housing of the unit.

3. Operation Manual (Before switch on, please check the following):

Plug in; make sure it connects the power well then the “POWER” light will show red; 

Connect “O2 IN” with oxygen tank or oxygen concentrator (Pic.1#);

If model MOG004 work with oxygen bottle, it require one oxygen regulator to adjust the oxygen flow or pressure. Basically, the ozone concentration will be different under the different oxygen flow (Reference the chart on the top of MOG004);

Oxygen regulator has two style CGA540 and ME870, end-user choose the suitable regulator according to the demand( Reference the pic 2#);

Manual turn ON/OFF the ozone generator:

a. Press the “ON/OFF” then the “OZONE” light will shows green, then the machine   

starts working, you can get ozone from “O3 OUT” by syringe or use luer-hose

connector to connect hose to end user.

b. Press the “ON/OFF” again, the machine will stop working.
